Sector
Above a newly opened retail area, Issos developed and delivered the complete custom interior for this seating area in Lounge 2. Rather than relying on standard solutions, the space was carefully designed to respond to the needs of thousands of travelers each day. The design combines high-quality finishes with intelligent spatial choices that bring a sense of calm to one of the busiest locations in the Netherlands.
Commissioned by Schiphol and realized in collaboration with Beyond Space and Heijmans, an environment was created that accommodates both individual use and groups, without compromising on comfort or passenger flow. Sustainability and attention to detail played a central role in the execution, with materials and solutions selected for long-term, intensive use.
This project highlights Issos’ strength in delivering complex interior projects within fully operational environments. From design translation through to realization, Issos provides bespoke solutions that enhance the overall experience and quality of the airport.

No. We also take on smaller assignments and sub-projects with the same care and professionalism. Think of reception areas, pantries, meeting rooms or custom solutions where quality and detail are important.
Turnkey means that we take care of the entire process: from engineering to planning, execution and aftercare. One point of contact, one schedule, one result. No separate links, but one sleek whole.
Yes. We have our own production in-house and work with a permanent group of high-quality production partners. We engineer, plan and coordinate everything — including production, installation and delivery. This is how we guarantee quality, planning and a high level of finish.
Because we contribute ideas from practice to the practical feasibility of a project. We often see where bottlenecks can arise and how to prevent them — technically, financially or architecturally. This way, you prevent delays and failure costs.
