Project Manager (Construction & Dismantling)

Tasks and responsibilities
As a Project Manager (Construction & Dismantling), you are fully responsible for the complete realisation of our construction and interiorfit-out projects, from assignment to final delivery. You manage project teams and external parties, monitor progress and finances, and act as the primarypoint of contact for clients and partners. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
- Full project responsibility for construction and dismantling projects;
- Managing internal project teams,subcontractors, and suppliers;
- Monitoring planning, budget,quality, and safety on site;
- Identifying risks and pro actively resolving issues;
- Representing Issos in projectmeetings with clients, architects, and consultants;
- Ensuring clear communication and managing expectations;
- Preparing and managing projectdocumentation and progress reports;
- Providing input for quotations, cost calculations and work preparation in collaboration with the projectoffice.
What we expect from a {{job title}}
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction Engineering or a comparable field;
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project manager in interior construction, fit-out, or construction project delivery;
- Experience with high-end and complex utility projects, preferably in public or secured environments;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Decisive and analytical, with the ability to switch effortlessly between strategy and execution;
- Cost-conscious, quality-driven,and able to motivate people;
- Experience with ERP systems and project control is an advantage;
- A valid Category B driving licence for regular visits to project locations.
