As a Workplanner, you are responsible for the technical detailing and preparation of our interior construction and dismantling projects. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparing cost price calculations for new interior construction and dismantling projects;
• Registering work preparation activities in our ERP system;
• Recording technical detailing in drawings;
• Planning activities in consultation with the Project Manager;
• Procuring materials and subcontractors;
• Monitoring and financially controlling project administration;
• Managing the production team;
• Communicating with external and internal stakeholders.

• A constructive contribution to the development of the company;
• A completed bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, or experience demonstrating an equivalent level of working and thinking within the field;
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and stress resistance;
• A high sense of responsibility, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage;
• Above all: you have a passion for our profession!
