The work, carried out from autumn 2018 through spring 2020, was completed in two phases. Phase one covered the fifth and sixth floors, and phase two included floors one through four as well as the public entrance area. All floors were thoroughly renovated and upgraded to align with KVK’s new corporate identity.
The new interior is contemporary, playful, and colorful, creating an inviting and inspiring environment for employees and visitors. New reception desks, a modern company restaurant, and custom-made furniture were all integrated into a natural and floral setting. Large-scale prints decorate the walls, and natural as well as reused materials, such as wood and moss panels, were incorporated both vertically and along the walls of the various spaces.
New ways of working and meeting have been made possible, including the creation of touchdown areas and scrum zones. We also upgraded and adapted the electrical and mechanical installations on all floors.
The public entrance area was renovated and redesigned last, in five sub-phases. Here too, the electrical and mechanical installations were adapted and upgraded. In addition, we produced and installed various custom-made furniture pieces for the entrance area, including an impressive reception desk, public and more private registration desks, self-service registration counters, locker units, and various catering furniture.
The outdoor area of the company restaurant was also furnished with playful custom furniture. The “Zanzibar look” provides employees with a comfortable and relaxing space for lunch or informal meetings.

Yes, we do that regularly, for example in museums! We have extensive experience with structural requirements, additional permitting processes, and respecting original features during renovations or transformations. The bigger the challenge, the more rewarding the work!
We consider routing, acoustics, sightlines, materials, and maintenance. Everything must not only look good but also be logical, safe, and durable in use – especially in sectors such as government, culture, and airports.

Sure. We regularly work in construction teams with external architects, contractors and consultants. We coordinate our role flexibly: from interior construction alone to taking care of the entire process.
No. We also take on smaller assignments and sub-projects with the same care and professionalism. Think of reception areas, pantries, meeting rooms or custom solutions where quality and detail are important.
Turnkey means that we take care of the entire process: from engineering to planning, execution and aftercare. One point of contact, one schedule, one result. No separate links, but one sleek whole.
Yes. We have our own production in-house and work with a permanent group of high-quality production partners. We engineer, plan and coordinate everything — including production, installation and delivery. This is how we guarantee quality, planning and a high level of finish.
Because we contribute ideas from practice to the practical feasibility of a project. We often see where bottlenecks can arise and how to prevent them — technically, financially or architecturally. This way, you prevent delays and failure costs.
