The focus of this project was the structural renovation and redesign of six floors of the office building on Computerweg. Working in a construction team, we began with the renovation of the central entrance. Several restroom areas were renovated, including facilities for people with disabilities. Fire-resistant walls and doors were installed in various locations.
In addition to the structural work, we also installed a completely new reception and welcome desk. On the ground floor, we fitted and equipped a professional kitchen for the company restaurant as part of ABN AMRO and its caterer’s transition to a sustainable catering concept. Large portions of the existing interior were reused in the new design, with particular attention given to clearly separating the different waste streams. The result is a sustainable and multifunctional space with a modern character.
The building’s complete cooling and ventilation systems were replaced, and the lighting on the various floors was upgraded to energy-efficient green lighting. In addition, the fire and evacuation systems were renewed.
Finally, several floors were renovated to accommodate ABN AMRO’s Yello concept, creating space for approximately 650 workstations. Multifunctional coffee, waste, and printer furniture was also installed across multiple floors.
Overall, this renovation and redesign was an extensive and challenging project. Our skilled professionals, together with the other members of the construction team, Frijters Architects, S2h Engineers, and ABN AMRO’s Yello team, worked on it with passion and expertise.

Yes, we do that regularly, for example in museums! We have extensive experience with structural requirements, additional permitting processes, and respecting original features during renovations or transformations. The bigger the challenge, the more rewarding the work!
We consider routing, acoustics, sightlines, materials, and maintenance. Everything must not only look good but also be logical, safe, and durable in use – especially in sectors such as government, culture, and airports.

Sure. We regularly work in construction teams with external architects, contractors and consultants. We coordinate our role flexibly: from interior construction alone to taking care of the entire process.
No. We also take on smaller assignments and sub-projects with the same care and professionalism. Think of reception areas, pantries, meeting rooms or custom solutions where quality and detail are important.
Turnkey means that we take care of the entire process: from engineering to planning, execution and aftercare. One point of contact, one schedule, one result. No separate links, but one sleek whole.
Yes. We have our own production in-house and work with a permanent group of high-quality production partners. We engineer, plan and coordinate everything — including production, installation and delivery. This is how we guarantee quality, planning and a high level of finish.
Because we contribute ideas from practice to the practical feasibility of a project. We often see where bottlenecks can arise and how to prevent them — technically, financially or architecturally. This way, you prevent delays and failure costs.
