At the beginning of March, together with our construction partners, we completed the renovation and refurbishment of the ABN AMRO location at Dam 2 in Amsterdam.

The ABN AMRO branch is located at a very prominent location in the heart of Amsterdam. ABN AMRO's wish was to give the office, which is frequently visited by international customers and expats, a more international look.
In addition to various interior elements, we also carried out the architectural work here. The total construction period was only three and a half weeks!
The work took place in two phases on both the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. Floors have been flattened and ceilings have been adjusted or reinstalled. The technical installation was subsequently also adapted by us to the new situation.
Subsequently, various meeting rooms were created on the floors, often equipped with circular elements (including wallcoverings made of recycled pallet wood). A few rooms have also been set up for the bank's image banking for both advisor and customer. A lot of furniture from other ABN AMRO locations has been reused here.
We also produced and installed cupboards in the pantry and various built-in wardrobes. We have also produced coffee furniture that may be placed in branches on an extensive scale. In particular, the presentation room on the 2nd floor is a real eye catcher. Here, with a view of Dam Square and Palace, international customers are informed about banking in the Netherlands. The ceiling has been removed and it was decided to leave the installations in sight.
The existing construction floor is finished in national green. The painting in the further office is done in Rijks-colors.
This project was realised in collaboration with ABN AMRO and Koppes Bouwkunde.

Yes, we do that regularly, for example in museums! We have extensive experience with structural requirements, additional permitting processes, and respecting original features during renovations or transformations. The bigger the challenge, the more rewarding the work!
We consider routing, acoustics, sightlines, materials, and maintenance. Everything must not only look good but also be logical, safe, and durable in use – especially in sectors such as government, culture, and airports.
Yes. Our team is trained, vetted, and familiar with the procedures. We regularly work in areas with restricted access and strict logistics, such as airports or government facilities.
Yes. We have the organization, network, and experience to operate simultaneously at multiple locations across the Netherlands – with centralized coordination and local execution.
Sure. We regularly work in construction teams with external architects, contractors and consultants. We coordinate our role flexibly: from interior construction alone to taking care of the entire process.
No. We also take on smaller assignments and sub-projects with the same care and professionalism. Think of reception areas, pantries, meeting rooms or custom solutions where quality and detail are important.
Turnkey means that we take care of the entire process: from engineering to planning, execution and aftercare. One point of contact, one schedule, one result. No separate links, but one sleek whole.
Yes. We have our own production in-house and work with a permanent group of high-quality production partners. We engineer, plan and coordinate everything — including production, installation and delivery. This is how we guarantee quality, planning and a high level of finish.
Because we contribute ideas from practice to the practical feasibility of a project. We often see where bottlenecks can arise and how to prevent them — technically, financially or architecturally. This way, you prevent delays and failure costs.
